I thought it was interesting that the Chinese were encouraged to remove bricks from it during the cultural revolution.

ReplyDeleteI thought that the presentation went really well and you were the only group to do a poster which was different and cool! I always thought that the wall was just one wall built together and I found it interesting knowing it wasn't. Also the fact that it took 2000 years to build was so crazy, I am surprised that it was kept up over those years!

ReplyDeleteOne thing I didnt about the Great Wall of China is that some parts of the wall are not protected and people take bricks out of it to build houses. Because as an iconic wall the Chinese government should've made a little effort to preserve it.
