Dalai Lama Blog Post

My favorite quote from the Dalai Lama passage is “Peace can only last where human rights are respected, where the people are fed, and where individuals and nations are free.” I like this quote because its true. If there’s a war in a country its either people are not fed or they don’t have freedom.

Well a lot of people might define peace differently or how they develop it depends on what they believe. I believe in Islam and all I have to do is study my religion and that’s how I develop my inner peace. The way our religion define peace is to treat everyone equally, love one another and to make peace among people.  Some people don’t believe in any religion and they might have another way of developing peace.
